Possible 4K version of Star Wars: A New Hope?

In this article the director of the new Star Wars film let it slip that there was a possible 4K version of A New Hope? Which I have to say is awesome and would be a blast to see the detail and all on a big 4K screen. That is a set of films I would bump up to if they did come out with a 4K cut of the film. Though honestly I need a 4K Tv. Someone call the wife and let her know I need one. Make the football games awesome.

Probably a  few years at least of the 4K. They could use this at least next year since it’s an anthology of Han Solo films coming out. That would definitely buy time and whet people's appetites for more Star Wars if they anthology doesn’t work. I’m not very sure though if people really know want an anthology is to tell you the truth. You don’t see a lot of them in the theatres or back with big money.

Carrie Fisher Update

According to Debbie Reynolds (Mother of Carrie Fisher.) Carrie is doing well and if there is anything that changes they will let us know. This is good news and I will do my best to keep everyone up to date here on the blog. I hope that everything does go well for her. That she’s able to be in the final film. I’d imagine that the third film to this series is going to be there last go. Either way she needs to do whatever she needs to do to stay healthy. She’s a funny lady and really cool.
