Arrowverse Review!

I first wanted to say that I know that I said I would add Arrow to the other post but it was going long and I didn’t want to make it to long. I also had a lot of thoughts as to Arrow and thought it was best to add it here as it’s own.

Arrow came back last night and while I thought it was okay I did feel that whomever made the choice to release those trailers showing Katie Cassidy’s character and that she was indeed Black Siren from Earth 2 was a horrible decision.

You already had people buzzing and talking back when you gave the contract to Katie to have her across all Arrowverse TV. I know it was figured into what they thought of having her added to Arrow. That they would just take Black Sire and place her into this world since they said that last year they were going to out right kill Black Canary. That she wasn’t coming back as they had broken the Lazarus Pit.

For me it was like going into Star Wars The Force Awakens. While that is a very good movie and an awesome Han Solo story. He has the most amount of screen time. Yet, looking back at it and when it happened it only shocked my son. I knew that was in play and probably would happen. If not in this one but at least the next one.

I know that for some people they are going to say you already knew. Yes, but there was time ago since the first part of the season and I hadn’t even really remember about hearing that.

It was a better episode and I did like it. Just didn’t really care. This season as a whole was to be a more return back to form. Going back and being season one and season two. I don’t feel that way. I just don’t. I am interested in how they deal with the Tahlia part. How they handle the Black Canary going forward should be something.

I guess this fan would say don’t shoot yourself in the foot anymore please. Good work but please don’t. I understand there is corporate people and all but still.
