Into The Badlands and bad a$$ style show

Okay so I have to take a moment of honesty and actually admit that I haven't totally gotten through all of Into the Badlands, in fact I'm just through episode 3. While that sounds like not alot the first season is only 6 episode long so it's easy to go through.

That being said though this show is very awesome. I think of it more as a mash up show. Best of east meeting west. It's a great show that I think a lot of people should check out. The fighting is some of the best martial art's your going to see and the wire work isn't over done or done stupidly.

So the old world has basically broken down and 7 groups that have Barrens. These Barrens basically run and control, also able to do whatever they want to. In exchange you have there protection. Though that comes at a lost of freedom. You either are trained to kill and get some freedom or you work. Very simple.

This is where you meet Sunny. He's soon established that he's probably one of the top "Clippers" or what they call asassin in the show. His Barron is sick and has a serious illness one that could open him up and threaten his life. Sunny is going to have a child and it's against the rules for him to do so. Putting the unborn child, his girl, and himself at risk. Though with no where to go or run to they meet a boy. He knows the way to a fabled land that no one really believes in. They set off to go to this place.

That basically is the plot of the show. It's over on Netflix if you want to stream it all. Very cool and awesome show really. Very well made and I think AMC has another interesting hit on there hands. The new episodes just started back up last Sunday. I'm hoping to be caught up soon so can check out the new season.
