Justice League and Wonder Woman...why I'm torn.
If you have been out and about and enjoying this past weekend Warner Brother's dropped another Justice League trailer, and it's not that bad. I'll include or at least attempt to try and include the trailer as you never know if you'll actually hit it or not once you start searching through Blogger's Youtube attachment if you'll find it or not.
*Editor's note- I wasn't able to actually find the trailer. I dug around for a long time and just couldn't find it. Makes me sad that I couldn't but I'v had this problem before. At least get a few glimpses though at the trailer with this teaser for the trailer. Which is just weird. -Aaron*
When I actually sat down and watched the trailer I though it wasn't totally bad. There is some different styles here as you have one that is a bit more comedic. Though the big who set pieces and CGI are still there. Which is kind of sad and strange. With the Marvel movies they have CGI but you can't even really tell it's CGI so I don't always get it. Just saying.
Showing it for a second time to my son on a big 32" HD screen I have to say that I was a bit more into it. It does seem like there are elements of humor and yet there are still elements of the BvS which honestly I wasn't shocked nor surprised. Zach Snyder loves his darkness and foreboding that is for sure.
I am though willing to give it a try and hoping that it's actually a good movie. Seeing Barry though with his Dad in prison though kind of made me wish they had kept Flash connected to the TV. Not just for the simple fact as my kid at 6 does find it a bit confusing. I'v told him that they are not the same just share the same name. He still wants it to be.
Wonder Woman though is a few months away and as I think back to both of those trailers I see both could be really good films and yet some could be big mistakes. I think that if the Wonder Woman film fails it won't be on the director or editor but Warner it's self. Patty Jenkin's does seem like she knows what she wants to do and at this time for this genre it's something maybe a bit different. Not just the fact that the main superhero has boob's and sexy bottom.
Justice League seems like it could be a rollicking, fun, mischievous, demon, hell ride. Which wouldn't be a bad thing. Actually give us a silly and crazy rock and roll ride that at least on surface Suicide Squad was primed to give us. I'm still leery of this movie and the director. If it does go to crap though please someone stop putting Zach in the director's chair please?
Once again sound off in the comments below if your excited, thrilled, whatever you feel about these films and especially Justice League!
