The Batman is back on!

So now that we have had Ben drop his name from directing The Batman and while just keeping his actual name under the screenplay writer and all. Though that was also called into question as much as him actually staring in the film. While that hasn't been cleared up it has been announced that Matt Reeves has actually been picked to direct the film. 

That isn't such a bad thing. He has made some very interesting films. The Planet of the Apes movies those were made by him and actually were pretty good. Now though Matt has some very big shoes to fill. People still remember the Dark Knight trilogy and what Christopher Nolan did with the characters and world. 

I'm hoping that he comes up with something that isn't so Snyder's dark world and something kind of in the middle would be nice. Not something that is just ultra dark and gloomy. With the newly announced Nightwing film I think it should be taken down a bit so can be a nice bridge to Teen Titan. You know people are going to want that film. Yet, that is actually meant for another blog post so come back for that one as we dig deeper into that film.

Though all of this being said I hope that this film is actually just really good. I want a really cool Batman film. I hope to that Ben isn't getting cold feet and wanting to get away from Batman. As I think he did a really good job. He was really show cased well in BvS.  I am still interested in this film and what they do with Batman.
